Hi, I’m Dawn Etmund, proud owner of Caring Transitions of Roseville, MN. After spending years in the corporate world, I realized I was ready for a career that would allow me to make a direct and meaningful difference in people’s lives. Combining my MBA and Certified Relocation & Transition Specialist (CRTS) designation with a deep passion for community service, I’m excited to provide compassionate, stress-reducing support to seniors and their families as they navigate life’s significant transitions.

My inspiration for Caring Transitions comes from personal experience. Over the past decade, my husband’s family faced the challenges of helping four grandparents transition into new living situations. Even with a supportive family, the process was emotionally and physically demanding, especially with family members living out of state. Those moments showed me how vital it is to have a trusted partner to lean on during such a vulnerable time. At Caring Transitions of Roseville, my goal is to bring empathy, organization, and a personal touch to every project—whether it’s downsizing a home, managing an estate sale, or creating a comfortable new living space.

I’m also passionate about building connections in our local community. From hosting neighborhood events to collaborating with local senior centers and nonprofits, I believe strong relationships create strong support systems. Whether it’s organizing a Bingo night at a senior center, hosting a treasure hunt event, or helping families discover the history and value of cherished belongings through CTBids, I’m excited to foster these meaningful moments.
